HEDP-Na4 (tetrasodium hydroxyethylidene diphosphonate) is the sodium salt of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid (HEDP), with the chaical formula C₂H₄O₇P₂Na₄, and the molecular weight of 294.It is an excellent inhibitor of calcium carbonate scaling, and it is used in the following main areas:
