The main composition of dispersant KR-904 is anion polymer. It can adsorb on surface of microparticles resulting in static repulsion, resulting in disperse and preventing sedimentation and coarse turn-back. dispersant KR-904 is little foaming, innocuous, non-corrosiveness and non-hazardous.

KR-904 is used as chelant in papermaking coating, building coating, concrete retarder, water reducer, woven and dyeing. Its performance can reach to that of SN-5040. Adding KR-904 to slurry during grinding process of bolus alba, lime carbonate, pottery clay, titanium pigment, French chalk, barium sulfate, coal-water slurry, etc., the viscosity can be largely reduced and the dispersed slurry is stable

TETHMP has strong properties of scale and corrosion inhibition and high thermal stability, which decomposition temperature of dry product is 223 ~ 245 ℃. It is easy to be degraded and safe to use. TETHMP can be used as scale inhibitor , efficient chelating agents, excellent barium sulfate scale inhibitor , which is widely used in cooling water treatment, peroxide bleaching stabilizer, detergent additives , municipal industrial clean water , geothermal water treatment and oilfield scale inhibitor.

TETHMP is a strong complexing agent with high dissociation degree in water, and can form a stable complex with Ca2+、Mg2+ and other metal ions. It can dissociate into twelve pairs of positive and negative ions in aqueous solution, chelate with two or more metal ions to form two or more complex of stereo macromolecule structure, loosely dispersed in water to destruct the normal crystalline of scale and prevent scale formation. It can effectively control the precipitation of carbonates, sulfates, phosphates, hydroxyl phosphates and ferric hydroxide and prevent the hard scale formation. In addition, TETHMP can form stable adduct with active oxygen compound (e.g.H2O2, etc.) to keep stability of active oxygen. As water quality stabilizer, it can be used to prevent scale in industrial circulating cooling water, dyeing water, low-pressure boiler feed water. It also used as precious metal extraction agent, metal ions equispaced agent in electroplating industry, scale inhibitor of metal surface phosphate treatment system, cleaning agent of metal surface.

HPMA is usually used together with organic phosphonate at dosage of 1-15ppm for circulating cool water system, oilfield fill water, crude oil dewatering and low-pressure boilers. HPMA has good scale inhibition (98%) and scale stripping properties. When used together with zinc salts, it can effectively inhibit carbon steel corrosion.

PAA can be used as scale inhibitor and dispersant in circulating cool water systems in power plants, iron & steel factories, chemical fertilizer plants, refineries and air conditioning systems. Dosage should be in accordance with water quality and equipment materials. When used alone, 1-15mg/L is preferred.
